How many calories and carbohydrates are in your herbal teas?
“Due to the natural blends that are used it is hard to give an exact number. However, in general you will find that teas in general without milk or sugars will contain generally less than 5 calories per cup.”
Our teas are made in 2oz packages. How many teas will you get out of 2oz?
“In 2oz of herbal tea you will be able to make approx 25 - 30 8oz cups of tea.”
How Can I make Iced Tea?
“We recommend that you steep the herbal tea twice and use double the amount and double sweetner, afterwards just pour your tea over ice.”
How much is shipping?
“All teas are set at $2 per bag for shipping and handling. However, if you are interested in purchasing over $50 worth of tea please email us and we can send a special request and waive shipping.”

“Unless otherwise marked, all our herbal teas come in 2oz packages, making 25 - 30 8oz cups or tea.”

Do you offer international shipping?
“At the current moment we do not offer international shipping. If you are international please send us an email and we can process a special order for you. Please not international shippin requires a minimum order of $100 and shipping fees will be different.”
